Who is directing Eclipse

This just in from Summit Entertainment-

Los Angeles, CA April 22, 2009 – Summit Entertainment announced today that David Slade has been hired to direct THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE from a screenplay written by Melissa Rosenberg. THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE, the third film in the studio’s TWILIGHT film franchise based on the Stephenie Meyer’s blockbuster book series, will be released theatrically in North America on Wednesday, June 30, 2010. The announcement was made by Erik Feig, Summit’s President of Production.

Meyer stated, “I am thrilled that David Slade will be directing ECLIPSE. He’s a visionary filmmaker who has so much to offer this franchise. From the beginning, we’ve been blessed with wonderful directorial talent for the Twilight Saga, and I’m so happy that ECLIPSE will be carrying on with that tradition.”

Feig said, “Stephenie Meyer’s ECLIPSE is a muscular, rich, vivid book and we at Summit looked long and hard for a director who could do it justice. We believe we have found that talent in David Slade, a director who has been able to create complex, visually arresting worlds. We cannot wait to see the ECLIPSE he brings to life and brings to the fans eagerly awaiting its arrival in summer of 2010.”

Filmmaker Slade came to prominence as a director for his work on 2006’s engrossing film HARD CANDY starring Academy Award® Nominated actress Ellen Page as well as directing 2007’s genre hit 30 DAYS OF NIGHT which opened to number one at the box office its first weekend of release.

In ECLIPSE, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger as Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob — knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella is confronted with the most important decision of her life.

Finally Update

Hello everyone this is way overdue for an update I am truly sorry we have been just so crazy busy it is not even funny. We have made several trips back and forth from here to Boise. To get things in order with Karl’s dad stuff. This last weekend was are first weekend that we got to relax a little bit and just enjoy being a family. I am so very excited Karl and I got to go on a date this last Saturday it was a well over due needed time. We went to the Temple in the morning which again was very over due and we are so glad that we got to go. Thank you Brian and Jenny for watching are girls. Then later that afternoon we went to a movie and dinner. We saw fast and furious and went to wingers for dinner. It was the first time we had babysitters other then Aunts and Grandparents do it and the girls were great so the babysitters said LOL.

Karl Has started school back up. He texted me after his first class and said that he is already not going to like this semester boy guy. So as you can see he is not excited. We are at the end of the rode we only have two more semesters left. Then he will get to graduate and we will be done then it is onto were do we go from here where will the job be. I am so very excited for December. We still have a very long two semesters though Karl has a very full plate a head of him.

As for me I am just trying to hold us together and keep us a float. Karl and I will celebrate are 10 year anniversary in May. I think I have said this before but where does the time go. I am so very excited that I have been married to the best man in the whole wide world. He puts up with a lot and still loves me. I just love him so very much.

Easter Morning

This is the girls Easter morning just after waking up and of course Michelle was up before us all so she had most the eggs found

Easter part 1

The day before Easter we were at are local grocery store and they had the Easter bunny there which Kenzie was not so sure but then finally got close I think it helped that the bunny had candy. Now Kenzie will not stop talking about the Easter bunnyAlso at the store they were selling bunnies and chick when we went this time the had the chick in there

We Did dye Easter eggs but silly me did not get pictures of them dyeing Easter eggs. Kenzie thought it was the best thing in the whole wide world

Michelle's 7th Birthday

Michelle is doing really well in school she is a very smart little girl. She loves to read. She is in chapter books and loves them she can read pretty quickly and finish a book if she really gets into a book then she will finish most if it when I put her to bed she will fall asleep a lot with her hand in the book so she literally falls a sleep reading. She loves school and loves her friends. She is tired of the crummy weather we have been having she is ready for spring every time it snows now she is like I am sick of snow. She will say is it spring or winter and I have wondered the same thing myself very often. Michelle just turned seven where does the time go I can not believe that she is already seven it is amazing how fast the time goes. She will be 8 next year and she will be getting baptized I am just not ready for her to be that old it does not seem real that it should already be here. She will be in second grade next year wow she is just so gorges and smart it amazes me what she has accomplished.

Kenzie's 3rd Birthday

Now to are little Kenzie wow she has grown so much over the last few months it is crazy she is almost up to her sisters shoulders she is tall. Where did my baby go I have no more babies? Kenzie is just a hoot she makes us laugh all of the time and the things she comes up with just cracks us up. She wants to just be like her older sister. She does her homework when Michelle does. She wants to go to school just like Michelle. She is what we call are little comedian. Kenzie just turned 3 and she is giving us a run for are money I forgot how active 3 year olds can be she really keeps me on my toes. She is just so gorgeous and smart to what I can say I have the most beautiful little girls in the world.

We were looking at Michelle’s past birthdays and realized that Michelle and Kenzie had the same third birthday they both had princesses
